What are the benefits?

Agreed Price Service Plans are popular and most of our customers choose them. Here’s why:

  • Fully transparent pricing - you know exactly how much your accounting services will cost up front
  • No bill shock – no surprises from unexpected accounting bills
  • Smooth cash-flow – your accounting fees are spread across the year, making them more manageable than a single, big bill when your tax is completed
  • Added extras – we’ll include minor tasks such as enquiries, forwarding of documents and transaction coding for free
  • Built-in discount - all of the services you choose to include are discounted by around 10% compared to our standard rates.


How It Works

This is how we set up an Agreed Price Service Plan:

 

  • we discuss the work you want us to complete this financial year
  • we give you a proposal that shows the breakdown of costs and the monthly payment amount
  • you sign a direct debit agreement with us
  • we will take the regular payment directly from your bank account. 

 

If the scope of work changes during the year, we will renegotiate the Agreed Price Service Plan. You will then need to sign a new direct debit agreement.


Am I Eligible?

Any of our clients whose annual accounting fees exceed $550 (including GST) are eligible to set up an Agreed Service Plan.


The Fine Print

Agreed Price Service Plans run from 1 July to 30 June and include all work undertaken by us within that period. (e.g. an Plan dated 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 will include income tax work for the 2023 tax year).


Plans which are entered into after 1 July of the relevant year will be pro-rataed and may incur a higher regular payment owing to the smaller number of payments in the year.


Plans which are cancelled before 30 June of the relevant year will be considered nullified. An invoice for any work completed prior to the cancellation date will be issued in place of the Plan and any regular payments will be applied to that invoice. The 10% discount offered for the Plan will be forfeited.


Where extra work is required that is outside the scope of your Agreed Price Service Plan, a separate invoice will be issued under our usual payment terms.


If a payment under this agreement is dishonoured by your bank, a catch-up payment will be debited in 7 days.
